ARTIST FEATURE CHRIS AND STEVE ROCKS The extraordinary brothers are a rare phenomenon in the art world; they share a single vision and paint together onto a single canvas. The powerful and radiant paintings that they produce are free interpretations directly inspired by nature: from the drama of a storm-tossed ocean to the haunting beauty of dawn breaking over the mountains, each atmospheric image captures both the vast scale of the landscape and the ethereal quality of the distant light which illuminates it. The passion and intensity of their work reflects both the brothers’ individual artistic aims and their personal journey through life, and has brought them considerable critical acclaim and media attention. Since Chris and Steve won their first major award in 2009 they have gone from strength to strength. Following a major corporate commission to visit Iceland and paint a collection based on their experiences at the Golden Circle, they have enjoyed making appearances on national TV and had their artwork featured in publications including Hello Magazine and their celebrity collectors include McFly drummer (and Strictly winner!)
