The night was a roaring success in every way, and the response to Fabian’s work, particularly the emotional reaction to his portrait from Pep Guardiola was phenomenal. On November 7th, Fabian Perez was at the Etihad Stadium, and not just to enjoy watching Man City beat Shakhtar Donetsk 6-0 in the Champions League. Fabian was there to present two portraits which he has recently painted of City manager Pep Guardiola and the team’s star striker Sergio Aguero.
