Danielle O'Connor Akiyama New works
11/10/2022
This autumn sees the release of the much-anticipated new collection from award winning Ireland-based artist Danielle O’Connor Akiyama. Elegy for the sky is inspired by the natural world and explores some of the artist’s favourite themes including interconnectivity, possibility, reflection and self-realisation. Her unique vocabulary of signs and symbols brings a deeply personal element into each piece, and we are delighted that she has taken the time to share her thoughts with us.
